1. According to the dimensions of the LCD screen and the requirements of the drawing on the spacing and the number of lead legs, select the appropriate needle row and printing needle. After the printing needle is installed, install the needle row on the printing head of the pad printing machine.

2. Adjust the stroke of the printing head and the position of the screen, so that the printing needle is just at the required position of the electrode to be printed, and the positioning mark is made.

3. Prepare the conductive glue, pour the glue into the glue box, adjust the glue plate to spread the glue evenly.

4. Wear a finger cot, take a dot screen to be printed (confirm that the angle has been led), put the electrode face up on the printing table, after positioning, press the printing switch with both hands at the same time to do dot printing.

5. Check the screen on which the dots are printed, whether the dispensing position is accurate, full, and the size meets the standard (dot diameter is greater than 1/2 the electrode width, less than the electrode width), otherwise, use nylon cloth dipped in ethanol to gently wipe it, and re-dispensing.

6. Lay the printed screen glue face up in the tooling, and pass it on to the next process after the tooling box is full.

7. After the work is over, take back the glue and clean the glue box.
